NC公司洗衣粉产品生产工艺流程的优化 【中文摘要】生产工艺流程管理又称为工艺管理,属于生产技术管理范畴,其主要以产品的生产工艺过程为主要管理对象。工艺流程是实现产品制造的技术路线,通过对工艺流程的研究和优化,能够最大程度的挖掘出设备的潜能,找到能力瓶颈,寻求解决的方案,以达到高产、低耗和高效益的生产目标。本文通过对NC公司洗衣粉产品生产工艺流程现状的分析,结合工业工程分析和解决问题的思路和方法,成功借鉴业务流程管理的流程再造(BPR)的思想、方法和工具,以管理的视角对生产工艺流程的技术过程重新进行“物质流”的解析。结合产品的特点和目前的工艺技术现状,以着重解决生产工艺流程上所存在的产品切换频繁、热量损失大、产品比重提高以及新配方技术的应用问题,从工序的优化组合和技术改进两个方面进行了生产工艺流程的优化设计。有效解决了NC公司洗衣粉产品目前生产工艺流程上存在的问题,形成了新的物料工序组合流程和生产方法,并取得了较好的技术和经济效益,具有很大的推广应用价值。该优化设计方案不仅解决了NC公司洗衣粉产品生产工艺流程上所面临的问题,对日化行业同类产品的生产企业也同样具有重要的借鉴价值和意义,并为产品生产工艺流程管理中进行优化提升提供了另一种分析和解决问题的思路和方法。 【英文摘要】Production process management, also known as process management, is apart of production and technology management, which mainly takes production process as the main management object. Manufacturing process is the technical route of the realization of products. Through the study of the process and optimization, we can fully dig out the potential of the equipment and find out the ability bottlenecks to seek solutions in order to achieve the target of high yield, low consumption and high efficiency.In this paper, by analysis of the production process of washing powder in NC company, combined with industrial engineering analysis and problem-solving methods, drawing on the success of business process management process reengineering (BPR) ideas、methods and tools , the technical process of “material flow” is reanalyzed with the perspective of management . Combination of product characteristics and the status of current technology, to pay more attention to solve the problem existing in products on the frequency switching、high heat loss、the improvement of the proportion and the application of new technologies in formula, the optimum design of the production process was carried out with two aspects of the optimal combination of process and technology improvement, which effectively solved the current problem of the production process of washing powder in NC company and made remarkable technical and economic benefits with great application val
