保险集团管控模式比较研究 赵民杰 （中国人寿保险（集团）公司，北京 100035 ） ［摘要］随着中国保险市场的快速发展和保险金融政策的变化，一些保险企业成立了以 保险业为主业的保险金融集团。国内外的企业实践和相关研究表明，企业集团内部合理有效 的管理控制体制是其成功运作的基础和重要保证。国家监管机构也要求各保险金融集团建立 合理的集团管控体制。目前保险集团可以采用操作控制型、战略控制型和财务控制型等三种 基本管控模式，保险集团在选择适合自己的管控模式时，需要综合考虑政府政策、管理哲学、 竞争环境、公司战略、业务组合、行业特点、企业规模、管理传统、法律规定、发展阶段等 因素，以最终选择适合自己特点的集团管控模式。 ［关键词］保险集团；管控模式；操作控制型；财务控制型；战略控制型 ［中图分类号］ F840.32 ［文献标识码］ A ［文章编号］1004-3306 （2007）02-0071-03 Abstract： Along with the rapid development and regulatory evolution of Chinas insurance market, some insurance companies have established an insurance and financial group company model with insurance as their core businesses. Relevant domestic and international corporate practices and researches demonstrate that the existence of an effective and rationalized group management system is the foundation and an important guarantee for the successful operation of this model. The national regulatory body also requires that all insurance and financial groups should establish an effective group control system. Currently, there are three control models among insurance groups, namely, operational control model, strategic control model and financial control model.
