Voltage Control of 110kV Substation of EnterpriseAbstract—This paper introduces the 110kV substations powersupply system and devices of Anhui GITI Tire Company Ltd., analyses the principle of voltage management and proposes to improve the methods of voltage management quality for solving the difficulty of stable operation of power utilization for large chemical enterprises, which solution has application value.Keywords- power supply system, reactive power compensation, voltage management, power factorI. INTRODUCTIONThe power supply system of Anhui GITI Tire company substation shown in figure 1, which adopt the within bridge wiring mode of 110kV double circuit power supply. The normal operating mode is through the #101 switch, T1 generator transformer to give the 6kV bus and section power supply with bringing the whole plant load, T2 hot spare, there are three 4800kvar capacitor sets in the sides of 6kV bus as reactive power compensation, while parallel in a 6000kW thermal generator set.Figure 1. power supply systemBecause the enterprise load is perceptual load, it would produces voltage drop on the vice-sides of transformer, underthe production requirements of 24 hours operation and the condition of power peak value would avoid, and some power load open or close, 6kV voltage fluctuation is biggish. On the other hand, the demand of some of the company equipment is higher to voltage stability, as nearly ten sets high-power centrifugal compressors, when the voltage drop by 10%, the torque will drop by 19%, and will damage impeller. At the same time, because of the stator current increase, winding generates heat, influences the motor life, it adopt under voltage protection with setting in the range of -5% standard voltages. In addition, some production linkage line, due to speed matching, tension control, etc., when the voltage is unstable, it would leads to a substandard product easily, so the company requires supply voltage allowable deviation which keep in the rang
