乘法原理和加法原理及其在哲学、管理学中的应用 赵本东 (唐山市质量技术监督局开平区分局, 河北省 063021) Multiplication principle and addition principle and their application in philosophy and management Zhao, bendong kaiping borough substation of tangshan city bureau for technology supervise 内容提要：为解释一些社会科学问题，本文通过假说的方法，参照初等数学中的乘法原理和加法原理，提出了本文的乘法原理和加法原理，给出了乘法和加法的性质，探讨了乘法原理与加法原理的关系，并将之应用于哲学、管理学等社会科学领域：提出了合理评价个人能力、机构资质的方法；对内外因原理提出了新的见解；对生产力各要素与生产力之间关系提出了它们之间存在乘积关系的观点；提出了资源配置的方法；修正了“木桶理论”；解释了出现“1+12”的原因，同时阐明了出现社会分工的意义；提出了使用关键矛盾和非关键矛盾代替主要矛盾和次要矛盾；给出了工人计酬的原则；解答了农业生产中“交互作用”的本质。此研究工作，将改变社会科学现有的一些观点，为社会科学定量化研究奠定了数学和哲学基础。社会科学与自然科学本身是统一的整体。 Abstract: To explain some social science problem, the principium and characteristics of multiplication and addition principium was brought forward by hypothesis method according to multiplication principium and addition principium of primary mathematics. Then the relation between multiplication and addition and their application on philosophy, management was discusses. The method for evaluating potential of person and institution was given; oppugns the principium for inside factor and outside factor , negates the viewpoint that inside factor operates thing; oppugns the relation between productivity and factor of productivity, negates the viewpoint that productivity is addition of productivity’s factor, brings forward the viewpoint that productivity is product of productivity’s factor; brings forward method for distributing resource; corrects the ‘theory for bucket madding of wood’; explains the reason for ‘1+12’, and explains meaning of dividing the work for society; negates the viewpoint of primary contradiction and subordinate contradiction, brings forward that pivotal contradiction and nonpivotal contradiction replace primary contradiction and subordinate contradiction; brings forward the principia for work’s salary; explains the essence of interaction in agricultural production.
