精品论文 参考文献 70例老年性良性阵发性位置性眩晕手法复位治疗体会 （山东中医药大学第二附属医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科 山东济南 250001） 　　【摘要】目的：分析70例老年性良性阵发性位置性眩晕手法复位疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院2014年3月至2015年9月间通过Dix-Hallpike试验和Roll试验诊断的70例老年性BPPV患者，其中后半规管BPPV52例（74.29%），水平半规管12例（17.14%），混合型6例（8.57%）。后半规管BPPV采用改良Epley复位法，水平半规管BPPV采用Lempert复位法，混合型采用联合手法复位。结果：随访3月时治愈57例（81.42%），有效9例（12.86%），无效1例（1.43%），复发3例（4.29%）。所有患者均无明显不良反应。结论：手法复位老年性BPPV患者安全有效，是一种值得推广的临床治疗方法。 　　【关键词】老年患者；良性阵发性位置性眩晕；手法复位 　　【中图分类号】R244 【文献标识码??A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2016）14-0015-02 　　Experience of manual reduction for 70 cases of elderly patients with Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo 　　Zhu Zijian. Department of Otolaryngology , Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine , Jinan 250001, China 　　【Abstract】Objective Analyze the efficacy of manual reduction for 70 cases of elderly patients with Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo. Methods 70 cases of elderly patients with Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo from Mar.2014 to Sep.2015 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were diagnosed by Dix-Hallpike test and Roll test .Itrsquo;s showed that 52 cases (74.29%)were posterior semicircular canal BPPV, 12 cases(17.14%)were horizontal semicircular canal, 6 cases (8.57% )were mixed type. posterior semicircular canal BPPV patients received modified Epley procedure , horizontal semicircular canal BPPV patients received Lempert rotaion reset. mixed type BPPV patients received complex canalith repositioning. Results Followed up for 3 months 57 cases (81.42%)were recovery, 9 cases (12.86%) improved , 3 casespalindromia(4.29%) were observed after canalith repositioning, 1 cases (1.43%)got no effect.
