精品论文 参考文献 傍针刺结合刺络拔罐治疗瘀血阻络型网球肘疗效观察 （上海市青浦区朱家角社区卫生服务中心 上海 青浦 201714） 【摘要】 目的：观察傍针刺结合刺络拔罐治疗瘀血阻络型网球肘的临床疗效。方法：将90例瘀血阻络型网球肘患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组45例。观察组采用傍针刺结合刺络拔罐治疗，对照组采用口服洛索洛芬钠片治疗。比较两组治疗前后VAS评分及临床疗效。结果：观察组总有效率为93.3%，对照组为77.8%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。两组治疗后VAS评分比较，差异均具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。治疗组患者治疗前后 VAS 评分差值与对照组比较，差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.01）。结论：傍针刺结合刺络拔罐法是一种治疗瘀血阻络型网球肘的有效方法。 【关键词】 傍针刺；刺络拔罐；瘀血阻络型；网球肘 【中图分类号】R246 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）36-0355-02 Therapeutic Observation on Proximal Needling plus Blood-letting Puncture and Cupping for Blood Stasis Vessel Obstruction of Elbow Tennis Zhu Jinliu. Zhujiajiao Community Health Service Center, Qingpu, Shanghai. 201714,China 【Abstract】Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of proximal needling plus blood-letting puncture and cupping in treating blood stasis vessel obstruction of elbow tennis. Methods Ninety patients with blood stasis of elbow tennis were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,30 each. The treatment group was intervened by proximal needling plus blood-letting puncture and cupping, while the control group was by taking loxoprofen sodium tablets. The pre-treatment and post-treatment VAS scores and the clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total efficacy was 93.3% in the treatment group and 77.8% in the control group, there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (Plt;0.05). There was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in the VAS score in the two groups (Plt;0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in pre-/post-treatment VAS score difference value between the treatment and control group (Plt;0.01).
