精品论文 参考文献 60例稳定与不稳定型心绞痛临床比较分析 李锦 (江苏省宝应县人民医院 江苏宝应 225800 　　【摘要】目的 总结分析稳定型心绞痛和不稳定型心绞痛的临床表现特征及治疗。方法 选择2011年1月—2012年12月期间我院收治的60例心绞痛患者为研究对象，其中稳定型心绞痛30例，不稳定型心绞痛30例，回顾分析选取的患者临床诊断与治疗资料，总结两组患者的临床表现特征及治疗预后。结果 两类心绞痛的临床主要表现均是心前区阵发性胸痛，两者主要诱因是体力劳动和情绪激动激发，其中少数不稳定型心绞痛无明显诱因；稳定型心绞痛患者治疗总有效率为90%，心绞痛发作次数及持续时间明显短于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；不稳定型心绞痛患者治疗总有效率为80%；心绞痛发作次数及持续时间明显短于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论 稳定型心绞痛与不稳定型心绞痛的主要临床表现均是心前区阵发性胸痛，且多有诱因，经过治疗多数能康复。 　　【关键词】稳定型心绞痛 不稳定型心绞痛 临床分析 　　【中图分类号】R541 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2013）35-0009-02 　　【Abstract】Objective To summarize and analyze the clinical features and treatment of stable angina and unstable angina pectoris. Methods 60 cases of patients with angina pectoris in 2011 January—2012 December in our hospital during the period as the object of study, including 30 patients with stable angina, unstable angina in 30 patients, a retrospective analysis of clinical data of diagnosis and treatment were selected, and summarize the clinical manifestation of two patients characteristics and prognosis. Results Two clinical types of angina pectoris mainly are the area before the heart paroxysmal chest pain, the two main inducement is physical and emotional excitation, one of the few unstable angina without apparent inducement; the treatment of angina pectoris patients with stable total efficiency is 90%, and the number of angina pectoris attack time duration was significantly shorter than that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (Plt;0.05); the treatment of unstable angina in the total efficiency of 80%; angina attack frequency and duration was significantly shorter than that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (Plt;0.05). Conclusion Stable angina and unstable angina pectoris major clinical manifestations are the area before the heart paroxysmal chest pain, and have many causes, most can recover after treatment. 　　【Key words】Stable angina pectoris
