精品论文 参考文献 HIV-1感染患者不同期Th1Th2细胞因子变化规律研究 薛云红1侯瑞生1周言2李丽1张勤1张新1赵青霞3孙长宇2 　　1河南国际旅行卫生保健中心郑州450003; 　　2郑州大学第一附属医院感染科郑州450002; 　　3河南省传染病医院河南郑州450005 　　基金项目：郑州市重点科技攻关项目（121PZDGG346） 　　通讯作者: 孙长宇，男，郑州大学第一附属医院感染科，主任医师，教授。 　　项目名称：HIV /AIDS 的Th1/Th2细胞分化及中性粒细胞功能变化的研究 　　【摘要】目的：探讨HIV-1感染患者不同期CD4+细胞数和Th1/Th2细胞因子变化规律。方法：采用流式细胞术检测不同期HIV-1感染患者外周血CD4+细胞数，ELISA检测Th1/Th2细胞因子水平。结果：急性期、无症状期和AIDS期患者CD4+细胞数均明显少于对照组，AIDS期和急性期、无症状期CD4+细胞数之间也有统计学差异（Plt;005，Plt;001）。CD8+细胞只有AIDS期和对照组有显著性差异（Plt;005）。随着疾病的发展，CD4+/CD8+比值呈下降趋势，HIV-1感染患者各期与对照组以及各期之间具有显著性差异（Plt;005，Plt;001）。患者的IL-2、INF-gamma;水平不断下降，无症状期、AIDS期的水平明显低于对照组（Plt;005，Plt;001）。IL-4、IL-10的水平呈上升趋势，各期的IL-4均明显高于对照组，且各期间也具有显著性差异（Plt;001，Plt;005）。无症状期和AIDS期的IL-10与对照组有显著性差异。结论：随着HIV-1感染患者病情发展，患者CD4+细胞数不断下降，Th1型细胞因子逐渐下降，Th2型细胞因子呈上升趋势。CD4+细胞数和Th1/Th2细胞因子水平可作为评估AIDS的严重程度的一个指标。 　　【关键词】HIV-1；CD4+；Th1/Th2；细胞因子 　　The study of Th1/Th2 cytokines changes of HIV-1 infection individuals in different stage 　　Xue Yunhong1Hou Ruisheng1Zhou Yan2Li Li1Zhang Qin1Zhang Xin1Zhao Qingxia3Sun Changyu2(1Henan international travel health care center,Zhengzhou,450003; 　　2Infection department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, Zhengzhou,450002; 　　3Infectious disease hospital in Henan Province,Zhengzhou, 450005) 　　【Abstract】 　　Objective To investigate the CD4+T cells counts and the level of Th1/Th2 cytokines changes of HIV-1 infection individuals in different stages.
