精品论文 参考文献 King互动达标理论对腹膜透析患者自护能力的影响 田瑞杰 苗金红（通讯作者） 田喜梅 樊少磊 孙莉莉 　　（郑州大学第一附属医院 河南郑州 450052） 　　【摘要】目的 探讨King互动达标理论对腹膜透析患者自我护理能力的影响。方法 采用便利抽样法，选择郑州大学第一附属医院肾内科腹膜透析患者60例，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组各30例。对照组患者实施一般护理，实验组患者实施King互动达标护理。干预后3个月，采用自我护理能力测定量表（ESCA）比较两组干预效果。在出院前进行达标率调查。结果 两组患者自护能力得分在入院时差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），实验组患者在实施King互动达标护理后，其自护能力得分与对照组相比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且达标率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 运用King互动达标理论对腹膜透析患者进行护理能够显著提高患者的自我能力，值得临床应用推广。 　　【关键词】 King互动达标理论 腹膜透析 自护能力 　　【中图分类号】R197 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-5085（2013）32-0042-02 　　Application of Kingrsquo;s interactive and goal attainment theory in self-care agency of peritoneal dialysis patients 　　Tian ruijie, Miao jinhong, Fan shaolei 　　(The first hospital of Zhengzhou University, Zhengzhou 450052) 　　【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of self-care agency of peritoneal dialysis patients by applying Kingrsquo;s interactive and goal attainment theory. Methods 60 peritoneal dialysis patients who were discharged from the first affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou university, department of Nephrology, were assigned into the experimental group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases). The control group was given general nursing, the experimental group was given interactive and goal attainment intervention. 3 months after the intervention, compared the intervention effects of two groups by the scores of self-care agency scale (ESCA) and investigate the percentage before discharge. Results The scores of self-care agency of two groups have no significant difference (Pgt;0.05) at the time of admission. After the implementation of interactive and goal attainment intervention, the self-care agency scores of the experimental group compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (Plt;0.05).
