精品论文 参考文献 “脾主舌本强”治疗卒中后运动性失语的临床观察 王伟华1 陈奥1 张蕴2 张倩3 　　黑龙江省自然科学基金，编号D201057 　　(1 黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院 黑龙江哈尔滨 150001) 　　(2 黑龙江中医药大学2012级博士 黑龙江哈尔滨 150040) 　　(3 黑龙江中医药大学2011级硕士研究生 黑龙江哈尔滨 150040) 　　【摘要】目的 观察“脾主舌本强”治疗卒中后运动性失语的临床疗效。方法 将60例患者按照随机分组的方法，分为治疗组30例（原络配穴法），对照组30例（常规配穴法），在基础治疗的前提下，治疗组采用原络配穴法，对照组仅采用常规取穴法，每日1次，持续30天。采用汉语失语检查法和ABC法量表，观察两种方法对卒中后运动性失语的疗效。结果 治疗组在阅读、说、复述、出声读方面明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05），其中治疗组的总有效率为73.33%，对照组的的总有效率为63.33%。结论 原络配穴法法治疗卒中后运动性失语患者的疗效确切，是一种行之有效的方法，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】原络配穴，卒中，失语 　　【中图分类号】RA 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-5085（2013）42-0056-02 　　Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of spleen tongue the aphasia patients with stroke． 　　Wang Weihua1,Chen ao1, Zhang Yun2,,Zhang qian3.Second Teaching Hospital Affiliated to Heilongjiang University of TCM,Harbin 150001,China. 　　【Abstract】Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of spleen tongue the aphasia patients with stroke. Methods 60 patients in accordance with the randomized method, 30 patients were divided into treatment group (the original network with point method), 30 cases in the control group (conventional point combination), based on the basic treatment, the treatment group with the original network with the point method, while the control group only received conventional acupuncture method, 1 times a day for 30 days. Scale the Chinese aphasia examination method and ABC method, two kinds of methods to investigate the therapeutic effects of the motor aphasia after stroke. Results in the treatment group, say, repeat the reading, reading aloud is superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant (Plt;0.05), the total effective rate in treatment group was 73.33%, control group, the total efficiency is 63.33%. Conclusion the curative effect of motor winding point combination method in the treatment of post-stroke aphasia patients exactly, is a kind of effective method, is worthy of clinical promotion. 　　【Key Word】aphasia,
