精品论文 参考文献 一次性宫颈扩张棒联合笑气在人工流产术中镇痛的临床应用 潘伟芳 韩春艳 胡铧文 (深圳市南山区计划生育服务中心 518052) 　　【摘要】目的: 探讨一次性宫颈扩张棒联合笑气(氧化亚氮)在人工流产术中镇痛的临床效果。方法：将200例实施人工流产术的妇女分成两组，观察组100例，术前5min放置一次性宫颈扩张棒；对照组100例，术前1小时于后穹窿放置米索前列醇600mu;g，两组术中吸入笑气。观察两组术中及术后镇痛效果、宫颈扩张情况、吸入笑气时限、手术前后血压和脉搏变化、副反应发生率、人均诊疗时间以及术后10天子宫复旧情况。结果：观察组与对照组比较：术中镇痛有效率分别为94%和96%；术后镇痛有效率分别为96%和58%；无阻力通过6.5号Hegar宫颈扩张器分别为97%和81%；吸入笑气时限分别为2.58和4.97min，诊疗时限分别为35min和108min，两者差异有统计学意义；人流综合征发生率均较低；观察组未发生副反应，而对照组为13%，术后10天子宫复旧均良好。结论：一次性宫颈扩张棒联合笑气对于人工流产术有良好的镇痛效果，而且术后仍然能持续镇痛，不影响子宫复旧，缩短了笑气吸入时限及诊疗时间，降低了手术风险，副反应少，故值得临床使用。 　　【关键词】宫颈扩张棒 氧化亚氮 人工流产 镇痛 　　【中图分类号】R714 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-5085（2014）02-0030-02 　　Clinical Application on Painless Induced Abortion in Artificial Abortion for Disposable Cervical Dilator Combined with Nitrous Oxide 　　Pan Weifang，Qiu Xinjiao, Hu Huawen.
