精品论文 参考文献 中、重度慢性牙周病的正畸、牙龈环切术与修复 许书忠 　　（抚顺市顺城区中心医院口腔科 辽宁 抚顺 100036） 　　【摘要】 目的：介绍和观察对中、重度慢性牙周病基础治疗和或牙周手术治疗后的正畸、牙龈环切术与烤瓷连冠桥修复的方法和疗效。方法：在牙周病基础治疗和/或手术治疗、甚至引导组织再生术（GTR）的基础上，通过烤瓷连冠桥修复缺失牙和或牙缝隙的同时固定余留的松动牙。对于唇向移位、牙齿伸长、咬合创伤明显者，先通过正畸治疗的方式移动牙齿，解除咬合创伤。在正畸开始压入伸长了的患牙的同时，对该患牙进行环切牙龈离断牙槽嵴纤维的方法来增加牙槽骨的高度，之后再作烤瓷连冠桥修复。结果：使移位的牙齿复位，消除了咬合创伤，固定了松动牙，消除了牙间隙从而避免了食物嵌塞，促进了牙周疾病治愈或终止、延缓其发展。通过5年的临??观察，其预后的长期疗效稳定。结论：对中、重度慢性牙周病的综合治疗、修复是牙周病成功治疗及疗效长期稳定的关键。 　　【关键词】 中、重度慢性牙周病；牙周病基础治疗；正畸；牙龈环切术（牙槽嵴上纤维环切术）；烤瓷连冠桥 　　【中图分类号】R793.5 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）09-0126-03 　　Orthodontics, gingival circumcision and repair of moderate to severe chronic periodontal disease Shuzhong Xu. 　　Fushun Shuncheng District Center Hospital ,Department of Stomatology, Fushun 100036,China 　　【Abstract】Objective To introduce and observe the method and effect on basic treatment and/or orthodontics, gingival circumcision and porcelain crown bridge repair of moderate to severe chronic periodontitis after periodontal surgery.Methods On the basis of periodontal therapy and/or surgery and even guided tissue regeneration (GTR), the remaining agomphiasis can be fixed while the missing tooth and/or diastema is repaired by porcelain crown bridge. For the patients with labioplacement, tooth elongation and obvious occlusal trauma, the teeth should be moved firstly by orthodontic treatment to release the occlusal trauma.While elongated tooth are under pressure at the beginning of orthodontics, gingival circumcision is done by cutting alveolar crest fibers to increase alveolar bone height, and following consecutive porcelain bridge restoration.Results It can reset displaced teeth, release occlusal trauma, fix agomphiasis, eliminate diastema, so as to avoid food impaction and promote periodontal disease healing and terminate or delay its development. After five years of clinical observation, the long-term effect of the prognosis is stable.Conclusion The comprehensive treatment and repair of chronic pe
