精品论文 参考文献 关于儿童肱骨髁上骨折的治疗体会 王世军 郎进军 　　（宁夏西吉县中医医院骨外科 宁夏西吉 756299） 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨儿童肱骨髁上骨折的治疗方式。方法：分析我院骨外科（2002年3月～2014年12月）以肘后侧切口对126例儿童肱骨髁上骨折行克氏针交叉内固定手术，并行尺神经前置。结果：本术式完成手术126例，成功率超过99.20%，仅有1例肘关节屈伸功能欠佳，为陈旧性骨折。无其他重要并发症,避免了骨折畸形愈合，功能恢复满意。结论：本术式具有手术视野清楚，骨折解剖复位，骨折愈合较快，并方便行尺神经前置，功能恢复佳等优点，对于儿童肱骨髁上骨折移位严重，软组织肿胀明显，外固定失败以及陈旧性骨折有良好的治疗效果。故而对于儿童肱骨髁上骨折来说,是值得选择的治疗方式。 　　【关键词】克氏针；肱骨髁上；携物角 　　【中图分类号】R68 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2015）08-0061-03 　　【Abstract】Objective This research is to investigate the treatment of supracondylar humerus fracture in children. Methods 126 patients（from March 2002 to December 2014）were treated with elbow posterior incision and Kirschner wire cross fixation for their supracondylar humerus fractures in Surgery Department of our hospital, and at the same time, the anterior transposition of the ulnar nerve was performed. Results With this surgical method, 126 cases were completed, and the success rate was over 99.20%, with only 1 case of poor function of elbow, which was of old fracture. No other major complications were found, the malunion was avoided, and functional recovery was satisfactory. Conclusion This surgical method is endowed with many advantages, including clear operative field, anatomic reduction of the fracture, faster healing of the fracture, convenience of anterior transposition of the ulnar, and perfect function recovery, etc. It has good therapeutic effect on serious supracondylar humerus fracture displacement, significant swelling of soft tissues, external fixation failure, and old fractures in children. Therefore, the surgical method is a worthwhile choice of treatment for supracondylar hurmus fractures in children.. 　　【Key words】Kirschner; Supracondylar humerus; Carrying angle 　　肱骨髁上骨折系指肱骨远端内外髁上方的骨折，为儿童最常见的骨折[1]。因为肱骨髁上骨折一般愈合不成问题，且手术操作不当能使骨的生长区受损伤，因此，对新鲜肱骨髁上骨折，治疗上以往大多趋于保守，给于手法复位、外固定、骨牵引等非手术治疗。我院自2002年3月～2012年12月期间，采用肘后侧纵切口，克氏针交叉内固定治疗此类骨折126例，并行尺神经前置，并发症少，疗效满意，报告如下。 　　1 .临床资料 　　1.1 一般资料 　　本组126例，男102例，
