精品论文 参考文献 关于儿童锁骨骨折的治疗反思 王世军 安志辉 　　（宁夏西吉县中医医院骨外科 宁夏 西吉 756299） 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨儿童锁骨骨折的治疗方式。方法：分析我院骨外科（2002年3月-2014年12月）以骨折部横行小切口对116例儿童锁骨骨折行克氏针内固定手术。结果：本术式完成手术116例，成功率高达99.14%，仅有1例因术后不足一月再次局部外伤发生克氏针轻度弯曲但无大碍。无其他重要并发症,避免了骨折畸形愈合，功能恢复满意。结论：本术式具有手术切口小、对患儿创伤轻、操作简单、费用低廉，且视野清楚，骨折解剖复位，固定可靠，骨折愈合较快，功能恢复佳及避免了骨折畸形愈合等诸多优点，对于儿童锁骨骨折移位严重，外固定失败以及陈旧性骨折有良好的治疗效果。故而对于儿童锁骨骨折来说,是值得选择的治疗方式。 　　【关键词】 克氏针；锁骨；内固定 　　【中图分类号】R274 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）17-0146-03 　　Reflection on Treatment of Clavicle Fracture of Child Patients Wang Shijun,An Zhihui. 　　Orthopedic Surgery of Xiji County TCM Hospital, Ningxia 756200,China 　　【Abstract】Objective The paper analyzed the treatment of clavicle Fracture of child patients. Methods The paper examined 116 cases of child patientsrsquo; clavicle fracture treated with Kirscher wires internal fixation through small transverse skin incisions in fracture site in Xiji County TCM Hospital (March 2002-December 2014). Results 116 cases were done by this operation type and its success rate was 99.14%. Only in 1 case, the Kirscher wire curved slightly no more than one month after the operation, but it didnrsquo;t seem to matter. No other complications were found, malunion was avoided, and function recovery was satisfactory. Conclusion The operation type had many advantages including small incisions, slight traumatic effects to patients, easy operation, low cost, clear horizon, reliable fracture anatomical reduction and fixation, quick fracture healing, good function recovery, and no fracture malunion. It possessed good treatment for serious clavicle displacement fracture, external fixation failure and old fractures.
