精品论文 参考文献 义乌市健康体检代谢综合征患病情况及危险因素调查分析 朱俊清丁平 　　（浙江省义乌市第三人民医院普内科浙江义乌322000） 　　【摘要】目的:调查义乌市各人群代谢综合征的发生率，并分析其危险因素，为早期干预提供参考。方法:对义乌市3318名体检者的体重指数、血压、空腹血糖及血脂的指标进行调查分析。结果:代谢综合征总检出率为1917%(636/3318)。其中，男2611%(452/1731)，女1172%(186/1587)，差异有统计学意义(P＜001)；不同年龄段男性MS检出率均高于同年龄段女性，差异有统计学意义(P＜001)；男性青年组(le;30岁)与老年组(gt;60岁)MS检出率差异无统计学意义（P＞005）；生活方式以喜肉食、多应酬、少运动的人群MS检出率为5107％，显著高于多运动、清淡饮食者503%(P＜001)，性别、空腹血糖、体重指数、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、收缩压和舒张压是代谢综合征相关因素。结论:义乌市体检人群代谢综合征总患病率处于较高水平，医务人员应及早对该人群进行干预，以预防和减少心脑血管疾病的发生，提高生活质量。 　　【关键词】代谢综合征；危险因素；检出率；生活方式nvestigation and analysis of risk factors of metabolic syndrome among physical examinationgroup in Yiwu City 　　Zhu Junqing Ding Ping(Department of Medicine,Yiwu No.3 Peoplersquo;s Hospital,Zhejiang Province,Yiw 322000,China) 　　【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the detection rate and risk factors of Metabolic Syndrome(MS) in Yiwu City,which to propose effective basis for health intervention.Methods: A total of 3318 subjects in Yiwu City were involved and the body mass index，blood pressure，blood glucose and blood lipid were analysed.Results: The total detection rate of MS was1917%(636/3318),which male was 2611%(452/1731)，and female was 1172%(186/1587)，the difference was statistically significant(P＜001).The detection rate of MS in male was higher than the same age of female by different age groups，the difference was statistically significant(P＜001)；There was no difference between youth group(le;30 years old)and old group(gt;60 years old)in male，the difference was not significant(P＜001).The detection rate of MS in those life style with less exercise，meat diet，much socializing was 5107%，which was higher than those with more exercise，light diet group(503%)．The prevalence of MS was correlated with gender,fasting blood glucose,body mass index,triglyceride,high density lipoprotein,systolic pressure and diastolic pressure.Conclusion: MS prevalence is in a high level among the population who attend physical examination in Yiwu．People with MS shou
