As the students of law academy,when we decided to choose the mayor and enrolled in the school,how many people of us are aimed at the profession of lawyer?It is numerous.We admire the lawyer and are curious to become the lawyer.They are handsome,wisdom, eloquent,wealthy and spicy,which makes us crazy about the profession.But after the learning of Professional Responsibility course,I have a more comprehensive and deep understanding and cognition about the lawyer, and lawyer system,and the professional responsibility of lawyer and others. The Professional Responsibility course is about the law and ethics that govern relationships that lawyers have with clients,other lawyers,the profession,the justice system,and the public.In the course,we learned the lawyer system in detail.Lawyer system take the confirmation by national law as the premise of its existence;and regard the maintenance of national judicial system and protection of human rights as its purpose;and take the providing of legal service as its core.Through the studying of it,I learned the lawyers character, mission, organization, qualification, scope of business,supervisory system,rights and obligations,practice principles as well as how to provide legal service. Among these systems,I am particularly interested in professional responsibility of lawyers.Because I am the one who made a desire to become a lawyer one day in the past. And in the following part,Ill shed it and its importance in several sides. In todays society with rule of laws,the lawyers have become an indispensable role.He provides legal service and legal assistance to parties,and ensure the functioning of the judicial system and it also an important symbol of the modern rule of law and so on.So its importance is apparent.
