精品论文 参考文献 2型糖尿病患者血清Ghrelin水平与肥胖、胰岛素抵抗的相关研究 郭大敏 吴和波 劳程强 曾灶英 (广东省佛山市南海区第八人民医院 528216) 【摘要】目的 探讨糖尿病患者血清 Ghrelin水平与肥胖、胰岛素抵抗之间的关系。方法 将300例2型糖尿病患者根据BMI分为体重过低、体重正常、超重和肥胖4组；采用ELISA法测定血清中 Ghrelin水平变化；用直线相关及多元逐步回归分析血清Ghrelin与上述指标的相关性。结果 糖尿病肥胖组的Ghrelin水平显著低于糖尿病体重过低组、体重正常组和超重组 (plt;0.05)，而且随着BMI增加而减少；糖尿病患者血清Ghrelin与BMI、HOMA-IR、FINS 和WHR呈显著负相关(r=-0.728, plt;0.01；r=-0.562, plt;0.01；r=-0.490, plt;0.01；r=-0.389, plt;0.01)；BMI是影响血清Ghrelin水平的最重要变量。结论 BMI是糖尿病患者血清Ghrelin水平的主要相关因素；Ghrelin参与了体脂形成和胰岛素??抗的变化，在糖尿病的发病过程中起着重要作用。 【关键词】糖尿病 Ghrelin 肥胖 胰岛素抵抗 【中图分类号】R587.2 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2013）26-0030-02 The study of relationships between serum Ghrelin levels and obesity,insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus Guo da min wu he bo lao cheng qiang zeng zao ying Nanhai district, foshan city, guangdong province, the eighth peoples hospital Foshan528216,Guangdong 【Abstract】Objective To investigate the relationships of the serum Ghrelin levels and obesity,insulin resistance. Methods 300 type 2 diabetic mellitus cases were divided into 4 groups according to BMI,which were named by underweight group,normal weight group, overweight group and obese group,respectively.The 1evels of Ghrelin was measured by ELISA.The relationships among serum Ghrelin concentrations with all the indexes were explored by linear correlation and multiple stepwise regression correlation analysis.Results In the obese diabetes, the serum ghrelin was significantly lower than that of the other three groupsdiabetes (plt;0.05) and was decreased with the increment of BMI.The serum ghrelin of the diabetes was negatively correlated with BMI,HOMA-IR,FINS and WHR(r=-0.728, plt;0.01；r=-0.562, plt;0.01；r=-0.490, plt;0.01；r=-0.389, plt;0.01).
