精品论文 参考文献 临床护理管理中的风险管理分析 唐婕 　　（四川省达州市中心医院护理部 四川达州 635000） 　　【摘要】目的：探究护理管理中采取风险管理措施和效果。方法：选取2014年1月～2015年12月收治的129例患者进行护理研究，随机分组，实验组75例患者在护理管理中采取风险管理的措施，对照组74例患者接受常规的护理干预，比较两组患者的护理满意度。结果：实验组患者护理总满意度为97.33%，对照组患者护理总满意度为85.14%。实验组患者的满意度更加显著，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在对患者进行护理管理中采取风险管理的措施，能增强医护人员的风险意识，避免不良事件的发生，建立良好的护患关系，减少不良事件的出现，可在临床广泛应用。 　　【关键词】临床护理；风险关系；患者满意度 　　【中图分类号】R471 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2016）01-0013-02 　　 Clinical Nursing Management Risk Management Analysis 　　【Abstract】Objective To explore the nursing management and effectiveness of risk management measures. Methods January 2014～2015 admitted in December of 129 patients in nursing research, randomized, experimental group of 75 patients taking the risk management measures in Nursing Management, 74 patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention comparison of the two groups of patients care satisfaction. Results The patient care in the experimental group was 97.33% of total satisfaction, patient care in the control group was 85.14% of total satisfaction. Experimental group patient satisfaction is more significant, statistically significant (P lt;0.05). Conclusion Taken in patient care management in the risk management measures can enhance the risk awareness of the medical staff, to avoid adverse events, establish a good nurse-patient relationship, reduce the occurrence of adverse events can be widely used in clinical. 　　【Key words】Clinical care; Risk relationship; Patient satisfaction 　　在临床的护理管理中风险管理为重要内容，是医院和护理人员优质护理的基础，要想提高护理质量、医疗环境以及医护人员的素质，都要做好风险管理[1] 。一旦在某个护理环节中出现差错，就会对患者的身体健康造成不良影响，还会使医院和护理人员在法律和经济上承担风险。为此一定要提高护理人员的风险意识，加强各个环节的管理，提供给患者优质护理，减少不良事件的发生。本次选取2014年1月～2015年12月收治的129例患者进行护理研究，现报告如下。 　　1.资料和方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　本次选取2014年1月～2015年12月收治的149例患者进行护理研究，实验组有75例患者，男性39例，女性36例，最小年龄22岁，最大年龄71岁，平均年龄为：（47.32plusmn;3.91）岁。对照组有74例患者，女性36例，最小年龄22岁，最大年龄71岁，平均年龄为：（47.32plusmn;3.91）岁。两组患者没有较大的身体资料差异，无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。 　　1.2 方法 　　对照组患者采取常规的护理干预措施，实验组患者在护理管理中采取风险管
