精品论文 参考文献 农村居民葡萄糖耐量试验结果分析 吕惠芬 　　（宁波市鄞州区第三医院 浙江 宁波 315191） 　　【摘要】 目的：以口服葡萄糖耐量试验分析不同年龄段血糖情况。方法：2014年11月至12月参加农保体检人员1991人，无糖尿病症状及糖尿病史，愿意行口服葡萄糖耐量试验，首先空腹抽取静脉血做血糖检测，血糖值小于7mmol/L者1831名，再口服75克葡萄糖行糖耐量试验（OGTT），资料进行统计分析。结果：(1)不同年龄组OGTT有统计学差别，方差分析结果显示，F=3.32，P﹤0.05； (2)空腹血糖联合OGTT糖尿病检出率明显提高，单纯空腹血糖糖尿病检出率8.09%，进一步行OGTT糖尿病检出率5.02%，两者合计糖尿病检出率12.66%，P﹤0.05，统计有意义。(3)不同年龄组空腹血糖（FPG）有统计学差别，F=3.639，P=0.006﹤0.05；结论：在体检人群中特别是40岁以上提倡OGTT以提高糖尿病(DM)及糖尿病前期(IGR)的检出率，作好早期一级或二级预防，提高人群的健康水平。 　　【关键词】 葡萄糖耐量试验；糖尿病；体检；空腹血糖 　　【中图分类号】R453 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）12-0365-02 　　 　　Analysis of glucose tolerance test Results:of rural residents 　　【Abstract】 Purpose Oral glucose tolerance test analyze glucose in different ages. Methods From November to December in 2014, 1991 people with no history of diabetes and diabetic symptoms participated in the agricultural insurance medical examinations, voluntarily accepting oral glucose tolerance tests, first draw their venous blood samples for fasting blood glucose test, showing 1831 people are less than 7mmol/L, and they had 75g oral glucose for glucose tolerance test (OGTT), data were collected and analyzed statistically.Results:(1) there was a statistical difference in OGTT of different age groups, the Result Of variance analysis indicated, F=3.32, P lt; 0.05; (2) fasting blood glucose and OGTT increased diabetes detection rate significantly, the detection rate of impaired fasting glucose in diabetes is 8.09%, the detection rate of OGTT in diabetes is 5.02%, and the combined diabetes detection rate is 12.66%, P lt; 0.05, which showed statistical significance.
