道路交通事故统计与分析.doc

摘 要 道路交通事故是一种世界性的公害，在世界范围内每年都给人类带来巨大的生命和财产损失。中国是世界上道路交通事故最多的国家之一，万车死亡率和10万人死亡率一直高于世界平均水平。据中国公安部交管局的统计自2005年以来我国的交通事故状况有所好转，但是我国的交通事故还是居于世界前列，交通事故仍然严重危害着人类的生命财产安全。本论文就是通过对我国交通现状的调查，援引近几年的交通事故的统计数据，对我国目前的交通事故特征进行了总结和阐述，揭示了交通事故时间、地域等的分布规律。并从人、车、路、环境几方面对事故成因进行了分析，阐述了各影响因素与交通事故的关系。 最后在统计分析的基础之上，提出当前国情下预防我国道路交通事故高发的具体对策，遏制交通事故的发生，进而保障人民群众正常的生活、生产秩序，维护社会和谐稳定。 关键词:交通事故；统计分析；预防对策 Abstract Traffic accident is a worldwide public hazard, every year all over the world brings huge loss of life and property. China is the worlds most populous country road traffic accidents, mortality of 10 thousand cars and100000mortality has been higher than the average level of the world. According to the Chinese Ministry of Public Security Traffic Management Bureau since 2005 our country traffic accident situation has improved, but the traffic accidents or living in the world, traffic accidents still seriously endanger the safety of human life and property. This paper is based on our country traffic survey, citing recent years traffic accident statistical data, current to our country traffic accident characteristics were summarized and expounded, reveals the traffic accident time, geographical distribution. And from the people, vehicle, road, environment several aspects to the causes of the accident are analyzed, this paper illustrates the influence factors of traffic accident and relationship. Finally in the statistics on the basis of the analysis, put forward the current situation of Chinas road traffic accidents prevention measures, to curb the occurrence of traffic accident, and guarantee peoples normal life, production order, maintain social harmony and stability.
