精品论文 参考文献 关于艾滋病自愿咨询检测 古丽娜尔middot;热彦1 米娜瓦尔middot;艾拜2（1.新疆乌鲁木齐市天山区疾病预防控制中心 艾滋病防治科 830001；2.新疆乌鲁木齐市疾病预防控制中心 艾滋病性病防治科 830026） 　　【摘要】目的：本文主要是为了分析和探讨艾滋病自愿咨询检测相关知识以及检测状况，从而提出针对性的健康教育干预计划。方法：对200 例求循者实施一对一的咨询方法，让求循者能够遵循知情同意、保密的原则来绝对自己是否需要接受检测。结果：200 例求循者中共有124例曾经有过高危性行为，危险因素包括非婚性接触，其中有95%的求循者曾经有过异性接触，有5%的求循者有过男男性接触，自觉接受检测的共有187 例，占人群总数的93.5%，咨询的问题则包括艾滋病的感染症状、临床表现、潜伏和窗口期、诊断以及治疗等问题。结论：做好艾滋病检测服务网点普及以及建设工作、不断扩大检测面，对于区域内高危人群实施性行为干预等措施能够从根本上控制和预防艾滋病的发生和蔓延。 　　【关键词】艾滋病；自愿咨询与检测；性行为【中图分类号】 R2 【文献标号】 A 【文章编号】 2095-7165（2015）11-0038-01[Abstract] Objective: the main purpose of this paper is to analyze and study AIDS voluntary counseling and testing related knowledge and detection, thusput forward the corresponding health education intervention program. Methods: of 200 cases for follow their implementation one-on-one consulting method,let the cycle were able to follow the principle of informed consent, confidentiality to absolute and whether they need to accept detection. Results: 200 cases forcirculation.
