方便面料包投放机结构设计 摘要： 碗装方便面的包装生产线，需投入酱包、粉包、菜包三种，早期由人工投入，劳动强度大，人工费用高。后改由机械完成，但存在较高的误投现象，现设计一装置，通过摄像头检测出缺料包的面盒，然后由补料机构补投。 方便面料包的补投此前多采用人工，不但工人劳动强度大，而且在工人疲劳后易出错，出现错投现象，影响厂家声誉 ，同时，用人工投放卫生问题不能保证。由此，期望设计一个可自动投放的机构，本机构设计的难点在于速度要求，厂家需要保证工作的效率，每一个碗面的投放时间只有1秒钟。由此设计采用液压缸与步进电动机配合作为驱动系统，同时配以各种机械以实现投放料包的目的。 关键词：误投 补投 效率 卫生 驱动 毕业设计外文摘要 Convenient lining package of delivery machine structural design Abstract The bowl installs the instant noodles the packing production line, must invest the sauce package, the powder package, the vegetable-stuffed steamed bun three kinds, the early time by invests artificially, the labor intensity is big, the artificial expense is high.Latter changes by the machinery completes, but exists high throws the phenomenon by mistake, presently designs an installment, examines the lack materials package of surface box through the camera, then by makes up the material organization to make up throws. The convenient lining package makes up throws before this uses the man-power, not only the worker labor intensity is big, moreover weary easy to make a mistake after the worker, appears wrong throws the phenomenon, affects the factory prestige, simultaneously, cannot guarantee with the manual delivery health problem.From this, expected designs organization which may put in automatically, this organization design difficulty lies in the speed request, the factory needs to guarantee the work the efficiency, each bowl surface delivery time only then 1 second.From this designs uses the hydraulic cylinder with to step-by-step the electric motor to coordinate to take the actuation system, simultaneously matches by each kind of machinery realizes a delivery material package of goal.
