搅 拌 罐BLENDING TANK说明书Specification广州市依肯乳化机械设备有限公司GUANGZHOU YKN EMULSIFYING MACHINERY CO,.LTD用途 Usage本搅拌罐主要用于液体洗涤剂，如洗洁精、香波、沐浴露等产品的配制。本机集搅拌、均质、加热、保温等功能于一体，且具有节能、耐蚀、生产能力强、清洗方便、结构简单等特点，是厂家配置液体的理想设备。This blending tank is main use in producing detergent, such as dish wash、shampoo、shower gel and so on. The machine set mixing function、homogeneous function、heating function、insulation at an organic whole. And it has many features, such as energy conservation、corrosion resistance、high efficiencies、easy to clean、simple structure and so on. It is the ideal equipment to liquid products for manufactures.结构 Structure本设备分为罐体、罐盖、搅拌机构、均质机构、电控装置和框架平台。罐体上与物料接触的部分使用316材料制成。罐体有两个夹层，为加热层和保温层；罐体内外抛光，罐体内装有搅拌桨和均质头，工作时起均质搅拌作用；罐体顶部有摆线针轮减速器，带动搅拌桨，并可装拆和清洗，有一扇半开式锅盖，供清洗和进料用；罐体底部装有装有温度计，显示罐内温度；下面还带有两个出料口，一个垂直向下，尺寸为3寸，另个一朝向前面，尺寸为2寸；两个出料口都装有放料阀，等均质搅拌结束后，打开放料阀手柄90°，即可放料；放料口可以连接管道方便放料。本设备配备有小型的框架平台，方便客户往罐体里面加料和检测罐体内物料的情况。This equipment divide into body、lip、rabbling mechanism、homogeneous institutions、electric control unit、 frame platform. Parts in contact with materials is made of SS316. The body has double layer are heating layer and insulation layer; The body is polished inside and outside, there is installed mixing propeller and dispersing aggregates which play the part in mixing. A cycloidal-pin wheel drive the impeller at the top of the tank body, it can dismounting to clean,there is a half open the lid for cleaning and feeding.There is a thermometer at the bottom of the body, it can shows the temperature inside the tank. Two outlet at the bottom of the body, one is 3 inch vertically down, the other one is 2 inch horizontal forward, both are with dump valve. After finishing mixing, turn the feeding valve handle in 90°can be feeding. Outlet can link pipe for emptying easy. The equipment with small frame platform for feeding and chat the condition inside the tank more easy.特性 Characters本罐体以380V电力为热源，加热夹层内装有电热棒，由外接电源控制，且加热夹层外部配备有保温夹层，夹层内塞有高质量的保温棉。故整个罐体具有受热面积大，热效率高，加热均匀，液料沸腾时间短，保温时间长等特点。The heating s
