Upper right: Fornix varices seen as bluish nodules. Bile-stained hemorrhagic gastritis Mild erosive corpus gastritis NSAID induced antral erosive gastritis with multiple fibrin-coated erosions. Linear erosions on the major curvature Multiple erythematous areas with intervening pale zones. Hemorrhagic gastritis with several comet-like hematin flecks (right). Partially ulcerated polypoid adenocarcinoma of the cardia region.
