中国药品不良反应监测模式趋势研究 王业辉 潍坊市药品不良反应监测中心 X 关注成功！ 加关注后您将方便地在 我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知！ 新浪微博 腾讯微博 人人网 开心网 豆瓣网 网易微博 摘????要： 现阶段, 药品监测质量报告审核制度不完善、报告质量参差不齐, 药品不良反应监测的企业责任未得到有效落实以及各级医院主渠道优势不突出、法律法规不健全等问题是中国药品不良反应监测模式最主要问题。为了更进一步对中国药品不良反应监测模式的发展趋势进行探究。现综合应用文献分析法、社会调查法和规范研究方法对我国药品不良反应事件现状进行系统分析, 包括对药品不良反应现存的制度问题、工作方式方法问题以及监督监管等多方面问题进行探究, 并将中国药品不良反应的警戒工作发展方向与趋势进行科学构想, 进而促进中国药品不良反应监测模式的发展。虽然中国药品不良反应监测模式正朝着合作、共享、科学、共赢的方向发展, 但是各企业及医疗机构更应重视药品不良反应的监测。 关键词： 企业责任制; 药品不良反应; 趋势研究; 中国; 监测模式; Study on the Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Mode Chinese Trend WANG Yehui Weifang Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Center; Abstract： At present, the monitoring system of drug quality report audit report is not perfect, the quality is uneven, the adverse drug reaction monitoring corporate responsibility has not been effectively implemented at all levels of hospital and main channel advantages, problems of imperfect laws and regulations are the main problems for China adverse drug reaction monitoring mode. In order to further study the development trend of the Chinese adverse drug reaction the monitoring mode of inquiry, in this paper, literature analysis method and normative research methods of social investigation system analysis of the status quo of Chinese drug adverse events, including the drug adverse reaction system of the existing problems, work methods and supervision etc are studied. To explore the problems and development direction, warning Chinese adverse drug reactions and trend of scientific concept, and promote the development of Chinese adverse drug reaction monitoring mode. Although the China adverse drug reaction monitoring mode is toward cooperation, sharing, scientific, winwin direction, but the enterprises and medical institutions should pay more attention to the monitoring of adverse drug reactions.
