精品论文 参考文献 妇产科护理健康教育护理干预效果研究 （四川省冕宁县人民医院 四川冕宁 615600） 　　【摘要】目的：分析健康教育护理干预用于妇产科护理的效果，从而为临床上相关工作提供参考经验。方法：本次研究中随机从我院2015年1月至2016年3月间收治的妇产科患者中随机选取120例产妇，将其随机均分为两组其中60例普通护理为对照组；60例采取健康教育护理模式，为实验组。采用对照法，对比两组患者对于护理的满意度以及护理效果。结果：实验组患者满意度为98.3%，对照组患者满意度为86.7%，差异明显，对比具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05)。对于护理效果评定，在解答常识教育，护理人员专业素养，护理服务规范方面，实验组均高于对照组（Plt;0.05)。结论：临床上在为妇产科患者开展护理工作的过程中，结合该科室患者的实际特点，在常规护理方法的基础上，为其实施健康教育护理，能够有效的提升患者的护理满意度，以及护理人员解答常识教育水平、专业素养及护理服务操作的规范性，值得在临床应用中推广。 　　【关键词】妇产科，健康教育，护理效果 　　【中图分类号】R473.71 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2016）21-0016-03 　　【Abstract】Objective To analyze the health education and nursing intervention for obstetrics nursing effect, so as to provide reference for related work in clinic. Methods This study randomly from the Department of Obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2016 were randomly selected 120 cases, which were randomly divided into two groups including general nursing for 60 cases the control group; 60 cases of nursing health education model, as the experimental group.
