精品论文 参考文献 妇科恶性肿瘤围手术期预防下肢深静脉血栓的发生及其预防治疗 李景 　　（济宁肿瘤医院，山东 济宁 272100） 　　【摘要】目的：观察和分析减少妇科恶性肿瘤患者围手术期深静脉血栓的发生及其预防治疗。方法：选取2012年8月到2014年8月我院收治的64例妇科恶性肿瘤患者，按照是否采用预防治疗方式分为两组，其中治疗组32例妇科恶性肿瘤患者采取了预防下肢深静脉血栓治疗，另外32例妇科恶性肿瘤患者没有采取预防血栓治疗为对照组。在术前、术中、术后采取预防措施和早期治疗，判断下肢深静脉血栓及肺栓塞形成的概率。结果：治疗组妇科恶性肿瘤患者只有 1 例在手术后形成深静脉血栓，采取有效治疗后均治愈，没有1 例发生肺栓塞。对照组未采取预防血栓治疗，12例患者出现深静脉血栓，2 例出现肺栓塞，治疗组明显好于对照组（Plt;0.05），差异显著具有统计意义。结论：通过对妇科恶性肿瘤围手术期对下肢深静脉血栓的评估，强化风险意识教育，积极妥善地进行术前术后治疗，可明显降低围手术期下肢深静脉血栓形成几率。 　　关键词：妇科恶性肿瘤；下肢深静脉血栓；围手术期；发生；预防治疗 　　【abstract】objective: to observe and analyze reducing perioperative patients with gynecological malignant tumor and its prevention and treatment of deep vein thrombosis. Methods: August 2012 to August 2014, our hospital 64 cases of gynecologic malignant tumor patients, divided into two groups according to whether to adopt preventive treatments, the treatment group and 32 cases of gynecologic malignant tumor patients treated with the prevention of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis, and 32 patients with gynecological malignant tumor treatment for the control group did not take preventive a blood clot. In the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative prevention measures and early treatment, to judge the probability of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism formation. Results: the treatment group was only 1 patients with gynecological malignant tumor in the formation of deep venous thrombosis after the operation, take effective after treatment were cured, no 1 case of pulmonary embolism. The control group did not take preventive treatment of blood clots, deep vein thrombosis observed in 12 patients, 2 cases with pulmonary embolism, the treatment group significantly better than the control group (Plt;0.05). Conclusion: the gynecologic malignant tumor perioperative evaluation of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis, strengthen risk consciousness education, actively properly for preoperative and postoperative therapy can obviously reduce the perioperative risk
