精品论文 参考文献 妇科恶性肿瘤患者住院期间的需求及支持性照顾护理研究 马文杰 谷景旭 （肿瘤医院妇科一病区 山西 太原 030013） 【摘要】 目的：对妇科恶性肿瘤患者在住院期间支持性照顾需求进行分析，并对护理的对策进行探讨。方法：收集我院妇科2013年诊治的52例妇科恶性肿瘤患者，主要研究分析患者住院期间的照顾内容及患者的需求，根据所测得的支持性照顾的需求问卷结果，来具体研究支持性照顾护理的具体方法。结果：本文结果得出妇科恶性肿瘤患者，在心理、生理、生活、需要照顾、健康信息等方面，共有59个需求条目。结论：对于住院期间的妇科恶性肿瘤患者，护理人员要积极、热情的帮助患者建立与病魔抗争的信心，配合医生接受治疗，不但要扮演着护理、帮助、照顾、支持的角色，更要做好健康知识的传播和促进，以期达到患者生存期延长、生存质量提高的效果。 【关键词】 妇科恶性肿瘤；支持性照顾需求；护理措施 【中图分类号】R737.3 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）32-0021-03 The needs of the gynecology malignant tumor patients during hospitalization and supportive care of nursing research MaWenjie, GuJingXu. Cancer Hospital, Shanxi Province, Taiyuan 030013, China 【Abstract】Objective During hospitalization in patients with gynecological malignant tumor supportive care needs analysis, and the nursing countermeasures were discussed.Methods Collected from 2013 of department of gynaecology diagnosis and treatment of 52 patients with gynecological malignant tumor, the main research analysis in patients with the hospital to take care of the content and the patients demand, according to the demand questionnaire results measured supportive care, and to the specific method of the research supportive care nursing.Results In this paper, the results it is concluded that patients with gynecological malignant tumor, in psychology, physiology, life, need to take care of, health information, etc., with a total of 59 entry requirements.Conclusions For gynecological malignant tumor patients during hospitalization, nursing staff should actively, enthusiastic help people build confidence in the fight against the disease, cooperate a doctor treated, not only should play a role in the care, help, care and support, more to the spread of health knowledge and promote, in order to achieve survival duration and survival quality improvement. 【Key words】Gynecological malignant tumor; Supportive care needs; Nursing measures 现在随着医疗
