[Methods] A total of 53 articles at home and abroad were found to be related. Meta analysis was performed on the following four levels: the influence of GDM on fetus, the influence of GDM on matrix complicated with cardiac disease and oral disease, index nursing of reaching target glucose, nursing of diabetes medication.[Results] The rate of deformed fetus had increased by ten times in untreated type 2 diabetes. The proportion of pregnant women was added to 37 percent/ with an increase in complications with cardiac disease and oral disease was 37 percent. One-hour postprandial blood glucose was less than 7.8mmol/L. Insulin was preferred for improving maternal and child safety.[Conclusions] GDM can be prevented
