t he effe t of mult-i frequen y ultrasound on the sono hemi al yield. Double-frequen y and three-frequen y ultrasoni irradiation an
signifi antly improve sono hemi al y ield w ith remarkable enhan ement effe ts. This paper review s progresses in this area, and ana-
lyzes fa tors that influen e sono hemi al y ield, points out the ex isting problems, and presents prospe ts of the future development.
