精品论文 参考文献 完整结肠系膜切除术与传统根治术治疗结肠癌的疗效 贾瑾堂1 刘一帆2（通讯作者） 米泰宇1 许钧3 （1兰州市第二人民医院普外三科 甘肃 兰州 730046） （2兰州大学第二医院内分泌代谢科 甘肃 兰州 730030） （3兰州市第二人民医院中西科 甘肃 兰州 730046） 【摘要】 目的：针对完整结肠系膜切除术与传统根治术治疗结肠癌的疗效进行探讨研究。方法：随机选取2013年1月至2015年1月期间我院收治的100例结肠癌患者，并将其平均分为50例观察组和50例对照组，观察组患者实施完整结肠系膜切除术进行治疗，对照组患者实施传统根治术进行治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：两组患者术后并发症比较，观察组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组患者的并发症发生率，两组比较差异显著，具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；两组患者的术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、拔管时间、进食时间以及住院时间比较，观察组患者明显低于对照患者，两组比较差异显著，具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：完整结肠系膜切除术治疗结肠癌，临床疗效优于传统根治术，其术后患者并发症发生率较低，缩短患者的住院时间以及恢复时间，提高患者的生活质量，值得在临床应用中广泛推广。 【关键词】 完整结肠系膜切除术；传统根治术；结肠癌；临床疗效 【中图分类号】R735.3+5 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）32-0026-02 Complete colon resection and traditional radical resection for the treatment of colon cancer ZJia Jintang, Mi Taiyu, Xu Jun.
