精品论文 参考文献 宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉的手术方法及临床效果探究 湖南省双牌县人民医院 湖南永州 425200 【摘 要】目的：研究宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉的手术方法及临床效果。方法：将2014年5月—2016年1月在我院接受治疗的子宫内膜息肉患者65例纳入到本次研究，根据随机数字表法将上述子宫内膜息肉患者分为2组，分别为宫腔镜组33例和普通组32例。普通组手术方法为子宫内膜息肉常规切除；宫腔镜组手术方法为子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜治疗。就两组患者息肉切除时间、操作过程失血量、术后住院时间和子宫内膜息肉治疗总有效率进行比较，并对比治疗前后患者经量评分和月经期改变。结果：宫腔镜组子宫内膜息肉治疗总有效率高于普通组，P＜0.05。宫腔镜组患者息肉切除时间、操作过程失血量、术后住院时间均少于普通组，P＜0.05。治疗后宫腔镜组患者经量评分和月经期均明显降低，降低幅度大于普通组，P＜0.05。结论：宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉的手术方法及临床效果确切，可有效缩短手术时间，减少出血，改善患者临床症状，加速患者术后康复出院，值得推广。 【关键词】宫腔镜；子宫内膜息肉；手术方法；临床效果 [Abstract]Objective：To study the operation method and clinical effect of hysteroscopy in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods：from May 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital for treatment of patients with endometrial polyps in 65 cases included in this study，according to the random number table method，the endometrial polyps were divided into 2 groups，respectively hysteroscopy group 33 cases and normal group 32 cases.Normal group operation method for endometrial polyps conventional resection；hysteroscopy group operation method for endometrial polyps hysteroscopy treatment.The total effective rate of two groups of patients with polyps resection time，operation，blood loss，postoperative hospital stay and endometrial polyps were compared，and the changes in menstrual cycle and volume score were compared before and after treatment.Results：the total effective rate of endometrial polyps in the treatment group was higher than that in the normal group，P lt; 0.05.Hysteroscopy group of patients with polyps resection time，operation，blood loss，postoperative hospital stay were less than the ordinary group，P lt; 0.05.After treatment of laparoscopic group of patients with score and menstrual period were significantly reduced，was lower than that of normal group，P lt; 0.05.Conclusion：the surgical method and clinical effect of hysteroscopic treatment of uterine endometrial polyps is effective，which can effectively shorten the operation time，reduce bleeding，improve clinical sym
