精品论文 参考文献 宫腔镜治疗宫颈疾病的临床优势探讨 四川省自贡市第三人民医院 四川自贡 643020 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨宫腔镜治疗宫颈疾病的临床价值优势并了解引起性交出血的宫颈管内疾病的类型。方法：对经妇科检测、白带常规、宫颈液基薄层细胞学检查（TCT）、宫颈活检初步诊断为不同类型宫颈疾病1965例采用宫腔镜手术治疗、发现病灶、切除病变组织或宫颈锥形切除。手术标本均送病理学检查，同时观察手术时间、手术出血量、术后疗效。结果：宫腔镜电切治疗宫颈疾病一次成功率为96.6%，平均时间为16.5分钟出血量为5.8ml,无继发出血及感染的发生，手术标本经病理学检查明确诊断。 结论： 宫腔镜电切术治疗高了、各类宫颈疾病操作简单、安全。手术时间短、出血少。术后阴道排液少，治疗效果佳，且可提供完整的病理标本。对早期诊断宫颈原位癌或微小浸润癌以及引起性交出血的宫颈管疾病的分类等具有较高的临床优势及价值。 　　【关键词】宫腔镜电切术；宫颈疾病；治疗；优势 　　【中图分类号】R711.74 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1674-8999（2015）6-0083-02 　　Hysteroscopic treatment of the cervical disease clinical advantages 　　Xiu-qiong zhang 　　The third peoples hospital of zigong city, zigong ;643020 ;sichuan 　　【Abstract 】objective：to explore the clinical value of hysteroscopic treatment of the cervical disease advantages and understand the type of sexual intercourse bleeding caused by cervical canal disease. Methods for the detection of department of gynaecology, leucorrhea normal, cervical liquid thin-layer cytology (TCT), cervical biopsy, 1965 cases of different types of cervical disease diagnosed by using hysteroscopy surgery, found lesions, the removal of diseased tissue or cervical cone resection. Specimens were sent to pathological examination, at the same time observe the operation time, surgical blood loss, postoperative effect. Results the hysteroscopic treatment of the cervical disease a success rate of 96.6%, the average time was 16.5 minutes the bleeding was 5.8 ml, no secondary bleeding and infection, surgical specimens of diagnosis by pathological examination. Conclusion hysteroscopic surgery treatment, all kinds of cervical disease, the operation is simple, safe. Short operation time, less bleeding. Less postoperative vaginal drainage, good treatment effect, and can provide complete pathological specimens. For early diagnosis of cervical carcinoma in situ or tiny infiltrating carcinoma and cause sexual intercourse bleeding of the cervix disease classification has high clinical advantages and value. 　　【 key words 】 hys
