精品论文 参考文献 宫腔镜用于子宫内膜息肉中的治疗效果分析 马俊玉 马俊玉 天水市妇幼保健院 741000 　　 [摘要]目的：探讨宫腔镜用于子宫息肉中的治疗效果。方法：选取本院2012年1月至2015年1月接诊的子宫息肉患者100例， 行宫腔镜电切息肉术，术后给予患者孕激素进行治疗，观察治疗效果并随访。结果：所有患者均顺利完成手术，手术时间15~50min,平均时间（17.29plusmn;4.21）min；出血量30~60mL，平均出血量（32.42plusmn;9.72）；术后6个月随访，所有患者并未出现任何并发症，且无子宫内膜息肉复发的患者。术后3个月,6个月随访，所有患者并未出现任何并发症，且无子宫内膜息肉复发的患者。术前阴道出血患者全部恢复正常，其中不孕的23例患者，19（82.61）例正常受孕，月经量增多的33（75.72）例患者，术后25例恢复正常。所有患者息肉切除前后经期及经量的评分对比差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：宫腔镜用于子宫息肉的治疗中疗效显著，准确率高，对患者的创伤小，避免了传统手术的局限性，值得推广使用。 　　关键词：宫腔镜；子宫息肉；电切术 　　[abstract] objective: to investigate the hysteroscopic treatment effect of the uterus polyp. Selection methods: our hospital between January 2012 and January 2015 accepts 100 cases of patients with uterine polyp, hysteroscopic polyp surgery, postoperative patients treated with progesterone, observe the treatment effect and follow-up. Results: all patients were successfully completed surgery, surgery time 15 to 50 min, the average time (17.29 + 4.21) min. The bleeding of 30 ~ 60 ml, average blood loss (32.42 + 9.72); After 6 months follow-up, all patients did not appear any complications, patients without recurrence of endometrial polyps. After 3 months, 6 months follow-up, all patients did not show any complications, patients without recurrence of endometrial polyps. Preoperative vaginal bleeding patients returned to normal, all the 23 cases of infertility patients among them, 19 cases of normal pregnancy (82.61), menstrual quantity increase of 33 patients (75.72), postoperative 25 cases returned to normal. All polyps resection patients before and after the menstrual period and the amount of score comparison significant difference, statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: hysteroscopy is used for the treatment of uterine polyp curative effect is distinct, and accuracy is high, the trauma of the patients with small, avoids the limitations of traditional surgery, worthy of promotion of use. 　　Key words: hysteroscopy; Uterine polyp; Electricity cut method 　　子宫内膜
