摘 要 温度是一种最基本的环境参数，人们的生活与环境的温度息息相关，工业生产过程需要实时测量和控制温度，农业生产也离不开温度的测量，因此研究温度的测量和控制方法和装置具有重要意义。测量温度的关键是温度传感器，温度传感器的发展经历了三个发展阶段：①传统的分立式温度传感器。②模拟集成温度传感器。③智能集成温度传感器。目前，国际上新型温度传感器正从模拟式向数字式，从集成化向智能化，网络化的方向飞速发展。 本文介绍了以AVR单片机核智能数字温度传感器DS18B20为核心设计的一种多功能热水控制器，通过AT90S8518单片机及软件编程，具有自动和手动加水、设置水温、实时显示水量及温度，漏电报警功能。 目前，能源紧张和全球气候变暖使绿色节能产品已成为当今社会热点，家用太阳能热水器也随之兴起，本文所设计的控制器具有性价比高、工作可靠、精度高等特点，为太阳能热水器的进一步推广使用起到了一定推动作用。 关键词 Abstract The temperature is one kind of the most basic environment senate, people’s livelihood and the environment temperature is closely related, the industrial production process needs the real-time measurement and the control temperature, the agricultural production also cannot leave the temperature surveying. This article introduced take the AVR single-chip microcomputer and intelligent numeral temperature sensor DS18B20 as the core design one kind of multi-purpose hot water controller. Pass the AT90S8518 single-chip microcomputer and software programming, have auto and hand operation to fill with water, establish water temperature, real-time shows amount of water and temperature, the electric leakage reports to the police a function.
