穿刺置管引流与传统手术治疗乳腺脓肿的疗效比较 2010年12月第18卷第12期JClinSure,December2010,Vo1.18,No.12 穿刺置管引流与传统手术治疗乳腺脓肿 的疗效比较 徐卫燕蒋晓飞朱萍芳陈风凤茂华 [摘要]目的观察超声引导穿刺置管引流与传统手术引流治疗乳腺脓肿的临床疗效,并对 其进行比较,评价各自的临床应用价值.方法64例乳腺脓肿患者根据自愿分成两组:超声引导 穿刺置管引流治疗组(A组)和传统手术引流治疗组(B组).比较两组的治疗效果并观察各组患 者切口愈合时间,换药次数,疼痛分级,瘢痕长度以及继续哺乳的例数等指标.结果超声引导穿 刺置管引流组手术切口愈合时间(13.4±4.2)d,换药次数(4.3±1.5)次,疼痛程度评分(3.4± 1.3),瘢痕长度(1.3±0.7)cm,脓腔愈合时间(10.7±5.4)d,78.1%的患者能继续哺乳,上述方面 均优于传统手术引流治疗组(Plt;0.01).结论超声引导穿刺置管引流治疗乳腺脓肿可以缩短愈 合时间,减少换药次数,减轻疾病痛苦,保护乳房功能和美观,是治疗乳腺脓肿较为理想的方法.
