施工企业员工激励机制构建浅析 作者姓名:陈文倩 指导教师:韩晓红 班级:2009届双学位班 指导单位:成都理工大学 摘要 如何有效激励员工,保持和提高企业的经营效率和业绩一直是管理理论主要的研究焦点,是企业管理者的永恒话题。科学合理的激励模式,对于激发员工的积极性、主动性和创造性,发挥激励在能力和业绩之间的纽带作用,提高员工的工作努力程度,对激励员工多创新成果,提升企业业绩与服务的市场竞争力具有重要意义;同时对于企业吸引并留住关键人才,增强企业自身的凝聚力,提升企业核心竞争力也至关重要。 本文首先对企业激励机制及马洛斯需要层次理论的相关概念进行了阐述,探讨了激励机制的重要性,并根据施工企业人员组成的特性,将员工划分成劳务型和管理技术型,结合马洛斯的需要层次理论,分析员工的不同需要,提出相应的激励措施,并分析施工企业在构建员工激励机制与实行中可能出现的问题,最后提出自己对施工企业员工激励机制构建的看法与建议。 关键词:施工企业,需要层次理论,激励机制构建 Study on Construction of the excitation mechanism in Construction Enterprise Abstract:How to effectively motivate staff,maintain and enhance the operational efficency and performance management has always been a major focus in the research and eternal topic of enterprise managers.Scientific and rational mode of incentive will be great significant for employees to stimulate the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, for motivation to playing the link role between capacity and performance, for staff to motivate the innovation and for enterprise to enchance the performance and the competitive abilities in the markets; Meanwile it also play the crucial role on attracting and retaining key personnel, enhancing the cohesion of the enterprise, promoting the core competitiveness of the enterprise. In this paper,first of all, incentives for enterprises and related concept of the theory of hierarchy of Mallos Demands are described, the importance of incentives are discussed and in accordance with the characteristics of the employees in the enterprises construction employees are divided into staff and management of labor-based technology. Combined with the theory of hierarchy of Mallos Demands, analyse the different needs of employees, present the appropriate incentives, and analyse the possible problems of construction enterprises in constructing and the staff incentive mechanisms. Finally the paper presents the authors own views and suggestions on the construction of its won employees incentives mechanisms. Key words:Construction Enterprise,H
