流动儿童少年受教育权利缺失问题及其干预研究 摘 要 20世纪90年代中期以来，随着我国流动人口的增加，流动儿童少年的义务教育问题日益突出，成为普及义务教育工作的难点之一。虽然流动儿童少年教育是世界性的课题，但我国的流动儿童少年教育问题更具有中国特色，研究本国的流动儿童少年教育问题也更具有现实意义和价值。对流动儿童少年受教育权利缺失问题，本文试图从现象的分析转向理论的把握并提出干预对策，目的是对流动儿童少年受教育权利平等问题进行一番深入的思考和准确的把握。 本文分四大部分：1、范畴界定和问题背景。阐述造成流动儿童少年教育问题的原因，提出研究流动儿童少年义务教育问题的意义，确定本研究视角，揭示本文研究的主题。2、现状透视。以大量的调查和文献参考为依据，从入学机会、教育过程、教育结果平等三个维度反映流动儿童少年受教育权利缺失的现状。3、归因分析。从社会、学校、家庭、自身四方面阐述造成流动儿童少年受教育权利缺失的诸多原因。4、干预对策。这是本文的重点。从法律干预、行政干预、教育干预等宏观及微观层面，提出解决流动儿童少年受教育权利缺失问题的干预对策，以期较好地解决流动儿童少年的受教育权利平等问题。 关键词：流动儿童少年 受教育权利 缺失 干预  On Study of the Problems With the Lack of the Educational Rights of Floating Children and Us Interposition Abstract Since the mid 1990’s in the twentith century, with the increasing of the floating population in China, The problem with compulsory education of the floating children begin to come about, which is one of the difficulties in spreading nine-year compulsory education. The education of floating children is a global problem, but the problem has Chinese characteristics. It has more practical or immediate significance and value to study it. This essay attempts to focus on the problem theoretically through the analysis of the problem to propose some interposing policies with the purpose of taking the equal right of education of the floating children into more consideration and grasp the accurate of the problem. The essay is divided into four parts. 1. The definition of the categories and the background of the problem. The reasons of the problem caused is elaborated and the significance of the study of the problem is put forward. The angle of view is set and the theme of the study is revealed. 2. The perspective of the present situation.
