精品论文 参考文献 对门诊西药房开展药学服务与提高服务质量的分析 常德市安乡县人民医院药剂科门诊西药房 湖南安乡 415600 【摘 要】目的：研究和分析对门诊西药房进行药学服务并增强服务品质对于提高患者生活质量的影响，促进门诊医生更好地开展用用药指导，提高门诊治疗的水平，改善病人的健康状况。方法：从2013年7月至2015年8月期间的门诊坐诊资料中随机抽取140例病人作为研究观察的对象，对所有病人开展药学服务并提高服务品质，主要包括提高加强医师的专业能力、改进便民服务措施等，对治疗前后的病人平均等候时间、平均满意度以及投诉率等相关指标进行对比分析。结果：门诊药学服务便民模式初步建立起来，统计结果显示，病人的平均等候时间明显减少、投诉率显著地降低，得到了广大病人的认可和满意。结论：对门诊西药房进行药学服务、增强便民服务水平，有利于提高门诊的服务质量，显著地改善病人的健康状况，因此，值得进一步推行。 【关键词】门诊西药房；药学服务；服务质量 On clinic pharmacy pharmacy services and improvement of quality of service [Abstract] Objective：research and Analysis on clinic pharmacy of pharmaceutical service and enhance service quality to improve the quality of life of patients with，and promote better clinic doctors to carry out with a medication guide and improve the level of outpatient treatment，improve patient health status. Methods：from July 2013 to 2015 August clinic Zuozhen data randomly selected 140 patients as study object，to carry out pharmaceutical care all patients and improve service quality，including the enhancement of the physician to strengthen the professional ability，improved convenience services，and other measures，before and after the treatment，the patients average waiting time，average satisfaction and complaint rate related indicators were compared and analyzed. Results：the convenient mode of pharmaceutical care in outpatient preliminary set up the statistical results showed that the average waiting time of patients decreased significantly，significantly reduced the rate of complaints，the majority of the patients acceptance and satisfaction. Conclusion：the door clinic pharmacy of pharmacy services，enhance the level of convenience services，to improve the quality of outpatient service，significantly improve the patients health. Therefore，it is worthy of further implementation.
