精品论文 参考文献 小儿毛细支气管炎应用多索茶碱治疗的临床分析 黎 正 富顺县晨光医院 643200 【摘要】目的：探讨小儿毛细支气管炎应用多索茶碱治疗的临床办法及效果。方法：选取我院自2011 年至2012 年收治的164 例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为 研究组与对照组，各为82 例，给予两组患者祛痰、抗感染及雾化吸入等常规治疗办法，同时给予研究组患儿多索茶碱药物治疗，对两组患儿病症消除时间、治疗 效率、不良反应及平均住院时间进行对比分析。结果：研究组患儿治疗效果明显优于对照组，研究组患儿病症消除时间及平均住院时间明显少于对照组，Plt;0.05， 有统计学意义。结论：小儿毛细支气管炎应用多索茶碱治疗效果显著，不良反应发生较少。 【关键词】小儿毛细支气管炎；多索茶碱；临床分析 [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the clinical method and the effect of infantile bronchiolitis application of doxofylline treatment. Methods: 164 cases of bronchiolitis in children in our hospital from 2011 to 2012 were randomly divided into study group and control group, each for 82 cases, two patients given expectorant, anti-infection and atomization inhalation and other conventional treatment measures, while giving the research group with doxofylline the treatment of disease, two groups of children with eliminating time, treatment efficiency, adverse reactions and the average duration of hospitalization were analysed. [keyword] children Bronchiolitis ; clinical analysis; 小儿毛细支气管炎是由感冒引起的病毒性感染而出现的并发症，属 小儿常见的急性下呼吸道感染。2.2 岁以下儿童易患病。患儿出现持续发 热、干咳、憋喘、紫绀等不良反应，病情发展严重时可导致呼吸衰竭、 心力衰竭等病症，严重威胁患儿的身体健康，笔者对我院自2011 年至 2012 年收治的164 例毛细支气管炎患儿分组研究，在常规治疗的基础上 给予患儿多索茶碱治疗，治疗效果满意，具体如下。 1.资料与方法 1.1 临床资料 我院自2011 年至2012 年收治的164 例毛细支气管炎患儿，男 85 例，女79 例，年龄28 天-49 月，平均年龄21.9 岁。患者临床症 状主要表现为三凹征、哮喘、干咳、发热、呼吸困难等症状，听诊 结果显示多为喘鸣音，经X 线片结果显示，支气管炎症及边缘模糊， 部分患儿肺部出现小点片状阴影。参与研究患儿均无气管异物、先 天性心脏病等器质疾病，未出现呼吸衰竭、心力衰竭等症状。将患 儿随机分为研究组与对照组，各为82 例，两组患儿年龄、性别及病 情无明显差异，Pgt;0.05，无统计学意义。 1.2 方法 给予两组患儿抗感染治疗，采用异丙托溴胺双联、布地奈德雾 化吸入治疗，同时进行祛痰、营养支
