精品论文 参考文献 小潮气量机械通气治疗老年重症肺炎呼吸衰竭患者的临床效果探讨 齐齐哈尔市克东县昌盛乡卫生院 164800 摘要：目的：研究分析老年重症肺炎呼吸衰竭患者中推行小潮气量机械通气治疗方案的可行性。方法：此次研究的对象是选择在2013年12月-2015年12月接收的老年重症肺炎呼吸衰竭患者共33例，作治疗组，本组实施小潮气量机械通气方案治疗；同期选取老年重症肺炎呼吸衰竭患者共33例作对照组，本组实施传统潮气量机械通气方案治疗，对所有入选患者临床效果及预后情况进行评定，并在2组内进行客观比对。结果：研究中，治疗组入选患者有效率90.91%，对照组60.61%，且治疗组入选患者气道平台压值比对照组低，呼吸系统组织的静态顺应性比对照组高，2组综合对比后有差距（Plt;0.05）。结论：在老年重症肺炎呼吸衰竭患者中推行小潮气量机械通气治疗方案效果显著，可进一步改善患者预后水平，建议推广。 关键词：老年；重症肺炎；呼吸衰竭；小潮气量；机械通气 [Abstract] Objective：To study the elderly patients with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure in patients with the implementation of the feasibility of small tidal volume mechanical ventilation in the treatment program. Methods：the object of this study is in December 2013 and 2015 December received in elderly patients with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure in patients with a total of 33 cases，the treatment group，low tidal volume mechanical ventilation treatment to the implementation of the group；in the same time，select elderly patients with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure in patients with a total of 33 patients as control group. The group to implement the traditional tidal volume mechanical ventilation therapy. Of all the selected clinical effect and prognosis of the patients were evaluated and in group 2 were objectively compare. Results：study，treatment group was selected with the effective rate of 90.91%，control group 60.61%，and the treatment group selected patients with plateau airway pressure value is lower than that of control group，the respiratory system static compliance than that of the control group，the two groups comparing with gap（P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion：in elderly patients with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure patients with the implementation of low tidal volume mechanical ventilation treatment effect significantly，can further improve the prognosis，it is proposed to popularize.
