精品论文 参考文献 尿毒症血液透析期间合并心衰患者行综合护理对其的预防效果评价 岳阳县中医医院 湖南岳阳 414100 【摘 要】目的 探讨综合护理干预对尿毒症患者血液透析期间合并心衰的预防效果。方法 将我院收治的148例尿毒症维持性血液透析患者随机分成两组，每组74例。两组患者均给予血液透析常规护理干预，观察组在此基础上给予预防心衰的综合护理干预，比较两组干预效果。结果 观察组心衰发生率为32.43%，与对照组的54.05%相比有明显下降（Plt;0.01）。观察组干预后SAS评分、SDS评分均较干预前明显下降，6MWT、LVEF较干预前明显上升（Plt;0.01）；对照组干预后SAS评分、SDS评分均较干预前明显下降，6MWT较干预前明显上升（Plt;0.01），LVEF无明显上升（Pgt;0.05）。观察组干预后负性情绪、心功能改善效果明显优于对照组（Plt;0.01）。结论 综合护理干预可有效降低尿毒症维持性血液透析患者心衰的发生率，心衰发生后也有助于缓解患者的负性情绪，改善患者的心功能。 【关键词】综合护理；尿毒症；血液透析；心力衰竭；预防 [Abstract]objective to evaluate the comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with uremia hemodialysis combined heart failure during the period of prevention effect.Methods will our hospital 148 cases of uremia maintenance hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into two groups，74 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given hemodialysis routine nursing intervention，the observation group based on the comprehensive nursing intervention to prevent heart failure compare two groups of intervention effect.Results observation group heart failure rate was 32.43%，compared with 54.05% in the control group significantly decreased（P lt; 0.01）.Observation group after the intervention SAS scores and SDS scores were significantly decreased，compared with before，6 MWT，LVEF increased significantly，compared with before（P lt; 0.01）; The control group after the intervention SAS scores and SDS scores were significantly decreased，compared with before，6 MWT increased significantly，compared with before（P lt; 0.01），and LVEF no obvious rise（P gt; 0.05）.Observation group after the intervention effect of negative emotions，cardiac function improved significantly better than that of control group（P lt; 0.01）.Conclusion comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of uremia maintenance hemodialysis patients with heart failure，heart failure can also help relieve patients after onset of negative emotions，improve heart function of patients.
