精品论文 参考文献 尿路结石致梗阻性急性肾功能衰竭患者的护理分析 张静 　　（四川省达州市中心医院泌尿外科 635000） 　　【摘要】目的 分析尿路结石致梗阻性急性肾功能衰竭患者的临床护理方法与效果。方法　将尿路结石致梗阻性急性肾功能衰竭患者80例均分为研究组与对照组，对照组患者采用常规护理，研究组采用针对性护理策略处理，对比分析两组患者手术时间、住院时间及血尿素氮与肌酐水平改善情况。结果　研究组手术时间、住院时间及血尿素氮与肌酐恢复正常例数皆明显优于对照组，组间对比差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.01）。结论　针对性护理策略应用在尿路结石致梗阻性急性肾功能衰竭患者中可以取得比较良好的效果，除了缩短手术时间外，还能降低住院时间，同时改善患者的血尿素氮与肌酐水平，值得借鉴。 　　【关键词】尿路结石 梗阻性急性肾功能衰竭 针对性护理 分析 　　【中图分类号】R472.2 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2014）05-0051-02 　　Analysis and nursing of patients with obstructive acute renal failure due to urinary stone 　　【Abstract】 Objective: To learn the relationship between the clinical nursing methods and its effects of lithangiuria obstructive acute renal failure. Methods: 80 patients of urinary calculi with acute obstructive renal failur were separated as the study group and the control group.The control group were treated with traditional care while the study group were given pertinent nursing strategies.The operation time,hospitalization time , blood urea nitrogen and creatinine were analyzed between the two groups. Results: All the observed items of the study group including the operation time, hospitalization time, blood urea nitrogen and creatinine recover were surpass the control groupsrsquo;, and the difference between them had statistic signifcance(Plt;0.05).Conclusin:The application of pertinent nursing strategy to the acute obsructive renal failure could be get to relatively satisfactory effect.It could be shorten the operation time,moreover be reduced the hospitalization time, while be improved the condition of blood urea nitrogen and creatinine.So the pertinent nursing strategy worth be use of reference. 　　【key words】 urinary calculi obstructive acute renal failure nursing analysis 　　近年来，从我院泌尿外科接诊的情况来看,尿路结石致梗阻性急性肾功能衰竭比较常见，若能及时解除梗阻则患者肾功能恢复很快，反之若治疗不及时则可能对患者生命安全造成威胁[1]。对于这类病症治疗的方式主要以手术治疗为主，为了提高临床治疗效果，就需要加强临床护理。为了进一步分析尿路结石致梗阻性急性肾功能衰竭患者的临床护理方法与效果，我院展开了相关研究，现将结果作如下报告。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料
