精品论文 参考文献 左卡尼丁对维持性血液透析患者微炎症状态的影响 向远湘 李勇飞 汪洋畅 (广东省清远市清新区人民医院肾内科 广东清远 511800） 【摘要】目的 探讨左卡尼丁对维持性血液透析（MHD）患者微炎症状态的影响。方法 选择透析龄超过6个月的MHD患者80例，随机分为治疗组和对照组。每次透析结束后，治疗组给予静脉注射左卡尼丁1克，疗程为3个月。治疗前和疗程结束后，分别测量患者血浆C反应蛋白（CRP）、白细胞介素1（IL-1）、白细胞介素6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-alpha;）的含量。结果 治疗组疗程完成后CRP、IL-1、IL-6、TNF-alpha;均较治疗前显著下降（P＜0.05）；对照组IL-1疗程完成后较治疗前明显下降（P＜0.05），CRP、IL-6、TNF-alpha;疗程完成后虽较治疗前有所下降，但差异无显著性（P＞0.05）；治疗后组间比较，CRP、IL-6、TNF-alpha;差异有统计学意义，而IL-1治疗组虽较对照组下降，但差异无显著性（P＞0.05）。结论 左卡尼丁可明显改善患者的微炎症状态，提高透析患者的生活质量。 【关键词】 左卡尼丁 血液透析 微炎症状态 【中图分类号】R459.6 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2013）14-0160-02 Effects of L-carnifine on Micro-inflammnation Condition of Mainfenance Hemodialysis XIANG Yuanxiang, LI Yongfei, WANG Yangchang#61470;. The treatment group were given intravenous injection of L-carnitine 1g after HD for 3 monthes. The content of CRP, IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-alpha; of patients were tested before and after the treatment course separately. Result The content of CRP, IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-alpha;of the treatment group decreased apparently after the treatment course(Plt;0.05); the content of IL-1 of the control group decreased apparently comparing to prior treatment(Plt;0.05); CRP, IL-6 and TNF-alpha;reduced after the treatment, but there were no significant differences betweent prior and after the treatment(Pgt;0.05).
