Or: while Hollywood movies and McDonald’s fast food have found their way into the Chinese people’s lifestyle, Chinese-made clothes and daily necessities have become part of American life. 为彼此的友谊与合作锦上添花： 锦上添花 is usually interpreted as “to make what is good better” But here it’s not appropriate, it can be interpreted as “to deepen our friendship and cooperation” Or “to further promote our friendship and cooperation”.
