Abstract
Coronaryfistulaeandventricularseptalperforationareveryrareclinically，andevenlesscausedbycardiacleiomyosarcoma．A caseis
reportedthata67一year-oldfemalehadcardiacleiomyosarcomawithprogressiveheanfailureandcoronary fistulaeandventricularseptal
perforation．Thiscasewasspecialsinceallante—mortem examinationsandcradiacsurgery failedtodetectthepresenceofanyabnormalcar—
diacmass．Therefore，htemalignantcardiactumorscouldappera inaninvasiveform withoutmassandbeoneofthecausesofthecoronary
fisutlaeandventricularseptalperforation．
