腹部超声联合阴道超声应用于卵巢黄体破裂的临床价值分析1.临床表现前者说均有阴道流血，后者又说少伴有阴道流血，前后矛盾；（已做相应修改）2.讨论里误诊有两个，其中之一为漏诊；（说清楚………）3.仪器型号请改成：西门子-2000（已经改了）4.核心期刊发表需要参考国外英文杂志吗；(已经加了两条英文文献)5.请原作者再仔细认真核查一遍，以确保文章质量；以上意见请作参考，讲得不对的地方请原谅，谢谢！摘要：目的：探讨腹部超声联合阴道超声应用于卵巢黄体破裂的诊断价值，旨在提高卵巢黄体破裂诊断的准确性。方法：选取2014年3月～2015年1月来我院治疗的96例拟诊断为卵巢黄体破裂患者为研究对象，对其临床资料和影像资料进行回顾性分析。比较腹部超声联合阴道超声（联合组）与单纯腹部超声诊断结果的差异性，同时将确诊为卵巢黄体破裂患者作为观察组，其余非卵巢黄体破裂患者为对照组，对比分析两组超声血流情况改变情况。结果：①联合组诊断为卵巢黄体破裂的人数有62例，占确诊人数比例的91.17%，而腹部超声诊断为卵巢黄体破裂的人数有43例，仅占63.23%，两者比较具有明显差异（P0.05）,前者与确诊结果比较无明显差异（P0.05）,而后者差异较显著（P0.05）；②联合超声检查为卵巢黄体破裂患者破裂分型与确诊患者破裂分型比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）;③观察组患者超声血流改变情况与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：腹部联合阴道超声应用于卵巢黄体破裂的准确性高于单纯腹部超声，与手术病理确诊结果无明显差异，可为临床及早期采取适当治疗方法提供可靠依据。关键词：腹部超声；阴道超声；联合；准确性Clinical value of abdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound in the rupture of ovarian corpusAbstract: Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of abdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ovarian rupture, and to improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
