锅炉房毕业设计成品 摘 要 摘 要 本次设计的是对吉林市某粮库锅炉房的工艺设计。通过了解粮库生产工艺的特点，以及对供热的要求，参考有关文献资料对该锅炉房进行系统规划、设计计算和设备选型。其中计算包括对负荷、软化水、给水、回水等的一系列计算，还对锅炉房内所需的设备进行了选择计算。根据原始资料计算出厂区的用汽量，在根据结果选择锅炉的台数及容量。由于本锅炉房以生产用汽为主，故以蒸汽作为供热介质。 考虑到设备本身的特点，进行三层布置，并根据锅炉房内系统的流程，进行了合理的设备布置和管道布置，并配备必要的管理，检修及生活用房间。设备的布置应满足各种设备的正常运行，便于操作管理和安装、检修的要求。同时还应考虑到建设运行的经济性，充分利用建筑面积和空间，简化和缩短各种管道，用简图表示。 根据计算结果，对性能和经济进行比较和分析，对设备的选择、材料的选用，确保了设备在容量、减震、消声等方面满足人们的要求,并使系统达到了经济、节能的目的，按照国家相关政策做到了环境保护。 关键词 锅炉房；泵；除氧；排污；送风；引风 I 吉林建筑工程学院本科毕业设计 Abstract The design of a factory is boiler room process design of jilin .Through understanding the nature of its production process ,and the heating requirements of the factory.
