适老技术创新研究述评与展望 徐雨森 郑稣鹏 刘雨梦 大连理工大学管理与经济学部 香港城市大学商学院 X 关注成功！ 加关注后您将方便地在 我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知！ 新浪微博 腾讯微博 人人网 开心网 豆瓣网 网易微博 摘????要： 通过回顾适老技术创新的相关文献, 系统梳理了适老技术和适老技术创新的概念, 归纳了国内外适老技术创新的理论研究和实践活动, 发现领先国家及地区在适老技术创新领域的实践领先、研究成果丰富, 中国在该领域产品的种类和技术含量有待提高、技术追赶进程有待加速。鉴于中国老年群体的异质性特征, 未来研究需要切合实际国情, 引入社会创新、朴素式创新、逆向创新等较新的创新管理理论成果, 系统研究适老技术创新的实现机理和引导政策, 以期为中国适老技术创新理论研究提供有益参考。 关键词： 适老技术; 适老技术创新; 创新追赶; 作者简介：徐雨森 (1971—) , 男, 辽宁营口人, 大连理工大学管理与经济学部教授, 博士生导师, 博士, 研究方向:科技管理、技术经济及管理; 作者简介：郑稣鹏 (1990—) , 女, 山东威海人, 大连理工大学管理与经济学部博士研究生, 研究方向:技术创新管理; 作者简介：刘雨梦 (1994—) , 女 (蒙古族) , 辽宁大连人, 香港城市大学商学院硕士研究生, 研究方向:资讯系统管理。 收稿日期：2017-09-07 基金：国家软科学研究计划重大项目“知识创造导向下的大连市科技服务体系构建对策研究” (2014GXS2D015) Gerontechnological Innovation Research:Review and Prospect Xu Yusen Zheng Supeng Liu Yumeng Faculty of Management and Economics, Dalian University of Technology; College of Business, City University of Hong Kong; Abstract： Through reviewing the literatures on gerontechnological innovation, this paper hackles the concepts of gerontechnology and gerontechnological innovation, and summarizes the current theoretical researches and practice activities on gerontechnological innovation at home and abroad.It finds that leading countries and regions are not only leading the practice in the field of gerontechnological innovation, but also have abundant theoretical results, and the categories and technical contents of Chinas products in this field need to be improved, and the innovation catch-up process need to be accelerated.Due to the heterogeneity of Chinas silver groups, future researches should systematically explore the realization mechanisms and guidance policies of gerontechnological innovation based on Chinas national conditions.And the results of the latest theoretical innovation research such as social innovation, frugal innovation and reverse innovation should be applied to put forward and suggestions for future researches.
