Abstract: Economic measures and relative issues are the main work of the paid use system in maritime management.
This paper studied various paid use systems of sea area. Aiming at the problems of economic measure at present stage,
such as the charge for sea area utilization, the pollution charge of oceanographic engineering, the charge of ocean
dumping, ocean ecological compensation and transfer payment of maritime space use, the paper made analysis from
different point of view including charge standard, method evaluation and marketing allocation, which further figured out
the role of every economic measure and provided support to improve and perfect maritime management.
